REPRESENTATIVE PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
A Commitment to Doing It Right
While working at the respiratory care company, on some occasions customers would call and tell me that sleeping was even more difficult because their mask was bothering them. One customer in particular stands out. He had been adamant in his selection of an oxygen mask that went into the nostrils and now he complained that it hurt him. Without dwelling on his insistence on that model, I suggested that a full face mask that covered the nose and mouth would probably be better.
We went online to our website and I showed him the full face mask we had available and he selected his new mask. I sent it to him and followed up shortly thereafter. He was delighted with the mask and with the good sleep he had gotten. By helping him find the right mask and not making him feel like he had made a mistake the first time, he signed on for a higher-priced maintenance program we offered, and referred others to us as well.
Accurate Data Input
Part of my duties as a leads salesperson at a national cars sales company involved continual follow-up without client dealerships. For that to happen, I had to input accurate information into the Siebel Customer Relations Management System. I made detailed notes during all my dealership conversations, and immediately entered those notes into my computer. On average, I had over one hundred phone conversations per day, five hundred per week, week-in-and-week out. My compensation was based on the accuracy of the data I sold to dealerships. Fortunately for me, my note-taking skills, attention to detail, organizational and data entry skills were up to take and I continually increased my sales.
